Christian Science Healing: The Application of God's Law

You and your friends are invited to attend this free Christian Science Lecture sponsored by Seventh Church of Christ, Scientist, Dallas. The lecturer will be Martha R. Moffett, C.S., a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship.

When: Saturday, May 10th, at 11:00 AM

Where: Harmony Ballroom of the Renaissance Hotel, 900 East Lookout Drive in Richardson 75082. (Parking is $3 for 2 hours.) Childcare will be provided.

Security and Living without Fear

Want to know how to practice effective, fearless prayer that brings security through spiritual means? Come hear international speaker Susan Riedel speak on this subject on Monday, June 16, 2008 at 7:30 PM.

Riedel is a practitioner and teacher of Christian Science healing and is based in Denver, CO. A healing of an emergency in her college years radically altered her view of spiritual possibilities. Many years later and after relying on Christian Science in raising five children, she can speak authoritatively about relying on God to heal everything from broken bones to contagion, and more.

Spirituality and Healing Discussion Group (ongoing)

The Richardson Christian Science Reading Room facilitates a Spirituality and Healing discussion group, Wednesdays at noon at the Reading Room (especially for newcomers to Christian Science), 1930 Coit Road, Suite 120 (SE Corner of Coit and Campbell behind Starbucks), Richardson 75080. The group reads and discusses articles of interest to the group from the Christian Science Journal or Christian Science Sentinel. Participants are welcome to bring their lunch.
